Most of our garments are made to order or finished in small batches.
- Processing time: 7–14 working days
- Some handcrafted or customised pieces may take slightly longer. In such cases, we’ll keep you informed.
Once your order is ready, it is carefully packed and handed over to our shipping partner.
Shipping Within India
- Standard delivery time: 3–7 working days after dispatch
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout.
- We currently ship across most serviceable pin codes in India.
International Shipping
- International delivery time: 7–21 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination.
- Customs duties, import taxes, or local charges (if any) are to be borne by the customer.
- Delivery timelines may vary due to customs clearance or local courier delays.

Exceptions (Valid Cases Only)
An exchange or resolution will be considered only in the following cases:
- You received an incorrect item
- You received an incorrect size
- The product has a manufacturing defect
Please note: Since each piece is thoroughly checked before shipping, these situations are rare.
Mandatory Proof Requirement
To process any request, we strictly require:
- Clear images of the product showing the issue
- An unboxing video, if available
- Images must be shared within 24 hours of delivery
Requests without proper images or raised after the time window will not be accepted.
Conditions for Approval
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
- Tags must be intact
- The item should be in its original condition
Once verified by our team, we will offer:
- An exchange, or
- A replacement, subject to availability
Refunds are not applicable in any case.

- Custom-made or altered pieces
- Sale or discounted items
- Issues due to incorrect size selection by the customer (size chart is shared prior to purchase)
- Minor variations in colour or weave, which are natural characteristics of handwoven and artisanal fabrics
