At Maati, every piece is handcrafted in small batches. Please allow 4–6 business days for order processing.
Domestic Shipping (India):
All orders are shipped via trusted couriers. Delivery usually takes 5–7 business days after dispatch.
International Shipping:
We ship worldwide. Delivery timelines vary by country and typically take 10–20 business days after dispatch. Any customs duties or import fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/WhatsApp.

Refund Policy
At Maati, each piece is handcrafted with care, and we work in small batches.
We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.
However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details. We will review the issue and offer a suitable resolution.
Maati reserves the right to accept or decline replacement requests based on the evidence provided.
