Thank you for visiting and shopping at Hobo Beautiful. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.
- Shipping Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All items are sent via courier - DHL, please allow unto 5 business days.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Hobo Beautiful is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages
Hobo Beautiful is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Refund Policy
Hobo Beautiful Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn't right, we’re here to help. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund or exchange.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
• The item was purchased in the last 7 days.
• The item is in its original packaging.
• The product isn't used or damaged.
• You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following goods cannot be returned:
• Items on "Sale" or clearance.
3. The Refund Process
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
• Approval: If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
• Timeline: You will receive the credit within 10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Original shipping charges are non - refundable.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Hobo Beautiful Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy
At Hobo Beautiful, we aim to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Below is everything you need to know about changing your mind or fixing an order issue.
1. Order Cancellations
• The Window: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.
• How to Cancel: Send an email to hobobeautiful@gmail.com with the subject line "CANCEL: [Order Number]".
• After Shipment: Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, please follow the Return Process below once your package arrives.
2. Returns
If you aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days from the delivery date to send it back.
• Condition: Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
• Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We want to get the right product in your hands.
• The Process: To ensure the item you want doesn't sell out, we recommend returning your original item for a refund and placing a new order immediately.
• Direct Exchanges: If you prefer a traditional exchange, email us at hobobeautiful@gmail.com. We will ship the new item once the original has been received and inspected. Return shipping fee is to be paid for by the customer.
